These were one of Jonathan’s super bowl treats and I find myself thinking of them often. They were SO good. I think it is the little bit of brown sugar that caramelizes and puts them over the top. They were a huge hit! Easy too- Natalie and Jonathan did all the work…… and I was happy to enjoy the results!

All you need is for your tots is uncooked bacon strips, cut in half, small squares of cheese and a bowl of brown sugar. (Not sure why I took a crocked picture.)

Set a little cheese square on top of your frozen tot, wrap it with a 1/2 strip of bacon, roll it in the brown sugar. Bake at 375 until the bacon is nice and crispy. YUM!
